  • Operation Manager

    The main function of this position is the day to day management of the service management requirements, service management staff, work orders, and outside vendors. This person must be able to manage technicians, vendors, and run the service management department in a safe and efficient manner.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Manage with the service management coordinators the coordination/prioritization of the work orders
    • Daily understanding and ability to report on work order status and completion
    • Understanding of the work order budget, cost of repairs, and ensure correct invoice coding for proper cost tracking
    • Work with service management coordinators to ensure that outside vendors are compliant and have the ability to work onsite
    • Manage service management repairs at the best possible cost, least amount of downtime and provide the highest level of productivity for operations
    • Delegate technicians work load based on repair priorities and capabilities
    • Ongoing evaluation of technicians' performance and ability
    • Utilize the Service Management Program to track labor, parts, and fuel cost
    • Ensure level of quality is meets client's expectations
    • Ensure that the service management department is run in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE, safety devices, and have a complete understanding of the client's process and safety policies 
  • Service Management Tech

    We are looking to hire a skilled service technician for our Service Management Department. We currently oversee the maintenance needs for several facilities located throughout the continental US.


    • Reliable vehicle
    • Valid driver’s license and insurance

    • Personal smart phone with data/internet capability
    • Adequate supervision skills
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Construction

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Repair interior drywall damage
    • Paint touchup
    • Replace or repair various types of flooring
    • Acoustical ceiling repair
    • Door and hardware installation/repair
    • Millwork repair/replace
    • Minor concrete repair
    • Preventative maintenance

  • Superintendent

    Role includes leading the day to day job-site activities and directly supervising subcontractor and construction personnel activities on jobsites .The superintendent reports to the project manager and is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring on time, quality results.


    • 10 + years of experience running large scale, out of ground projects
    • Knowledge of industry and OSHA safety requirements
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Proficient computer skills

    Responsibilities include:

    • Oversee subcontractor work to assure compliance with schedule, quality and execution in accordance with OSHA regulations and building codes;
    • Set and inspire high expectations for quality work execution from subs;
    • Ability to forecast any issues/performance delays on jobsites and proactively resolve;
    • Prepare daily reports/ upload jobsite photographs in the computer software program documenting each day’s activities;
    • Ensure product delivery pipeline is being managed properly for on-time delivery of all materials;
    • Work with town and city officials authorities to assure construction meets code and all permits including occupancy permits are obtained on-time;
    • Implement, maintain and enforce a project specific safety program in accordance with company policies and prepare accident and incident reports as necessary;
    • Possess thorough knowledge of reading and understanding construction plans and specifications; and
    • Ensure that good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times on jobsites.
